PROCESAMIENTO DE PEDIDOS URGENTES
Actualice su pedido para incluir procesamiento urgente. El procesamiento urgente de pedidos lo coloca al frente de la fila y reduce su pedido del plazo típico de 20 días hábiles (4 semanas) a un tiempo de procesamiento de 3 días. Tenga en cuenta que esto no afecta el tiempo de envío, a menos que elija una opción de envío alternativa más rápida.
Por ejemplo, si realiza un pedido urgente de un producto el 1 de enero, su pedido pasará al frente de nuestra cola y se enviará a más tardar el 4 de enero. Los tiempos de procesamiento y envío NO son los mismos. Este listado es para aumentar el tiempo de procesamiento.
- These ears are made of biodegradable PLA. Please do not expose to extreme heat, such as inside a hot car, or place in the dishwasher as plastic may warp or melt.
- You may clean 3D prints with mild soap and water. DO NOT put anything 3D printed in the dishwasher or use alcohol to clean.
- While our ears are theme park tested and use very strong magnets, for the safety of others and your merchandise, please remove ears during attraction rides. We will not be liable for lost or damaged merchandise due to negligence.
- Our ears include some of the strongest magnets in the world. Please use caution around pacemakers, cochlear implants, and magnetic media such as credit cards.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Paying for expedited shipping will NOT change the processing time of orders. While we try and create them more quickly, please allow at least 20 business days (4 weeks) plus shipping time for delivery. If you have a specific trip date in mind, please reach out to us via email before placing your order to see if it is possible. While we try to work with clients if items are needed sooner, it is not guaranteed. If you need your made to order item sooner, please use our rush order listing option.
All items are shipped via USPS ground mail mail and typically take 3-5 days. Additional shipping options and insurance are also available. Please note, after packages are in the hands of the post office, we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this is an issue with your local post office or the area in which you live, we highly suggest ensuring that you purchase insurance (this option is included with priority mail).
