Terms and Conditions
I understand and accept that the processing time for ALL PRODUCTS (excluding digital downloads) is at least ten (10) business days (this does not include weekends or national holidays) or approximately 2 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
Turnaround time/processing time does not include shipping time. Turnaround time is defined as the time from when you place your order until your order is shipped. Shipping time is dependent on the method of shipment chosen at checkout. Our shop automatically includes free USPS ground advantage shipping on all items which takes an estimated 2-5 days. Any delays during transit are not the fault of our shop.
If you have a need for expedited processing and shipping options, please reach out prior to ordering. Depending on availability and solely at our discretion, we can add the "RUSH ORDER PROCESSING" listing to your cart and/or upgrade your shipping selection.
If an order has items with different turnaround times, for example an order of ready to ship earrings in addition to a set of made-to-order ears, the expected processing time is the greatest of the two.
Custom Design Requests
The Modern Mouse Co. may accept requests for custom or client-requested designs on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of custom requests is not guaranteed and is subject to factors including, but not limited to, design complexity, production capacity, current order volume, and availability. The Modern Mouse Co. reserves the right to decline custom requests when these factors do not allow for timely or feasible fulfillment.
A non-refundable flat design fee of $25 USD applies to any approved custom design request and is charged in addition to the standard price of the selected product. Examples include, but are not limited to, multi-color ear bases, face or detail swaps, or other unique design modifications requested by the customer.
The design fee includes 3D modeling and client review. Once a design is confirmed in writing by the customer, no changes, revisions, cancellations, or refunds may be made. If written confirmation is not received, no changes may be made after ten (10) business days from the date the custom request is accepted by The Modern Mouse Co., whichever occurs first.
All custom design requests must be submitted in writing via email. Requests made through social media, comments, or other platforms will not be considered official.
Approved custom design requests require an additional lead time of up to ten (10) business days, excluding weekends and U.S. national holidays. Production timelines begin after the custom request has been formally accepted and confirmed.
Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, all custom items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with color, style, or aesthetic preference once approved.
